After obtaining the required certificates on the Final Map, or on the Parcel Map when dedications are included therein, the Director shall submit said map and the other documents to the Director.
After determining that all requirements of SMA and this Code have been met, the Director shall endorse the map and file the same, together with the other documents, with the Clerk.
